The Yacht Club Capri Sailing School was established in 2002 under the aegis of the Province of Naples.
It is an answer to the clear vocation of the island, dedicated to all water sports.
This is the rightful completion of a project which began with the fellowship of the citizens of Capri and represents an
important opportunity for all youngsters and adults alike to take part in this wonderful and healthy sport.
Thanks to its essence sailing is also a way of life.
The sailing courses are organized year-round and are open to members and non members, to residents and to any tourists
who may have chosen to spend their vacation on this marvellous island.
The theory and on-the-water lessons are held on Optimist, 420, Altura and as of the summer 2008 also on
the very technical and fast Laser.
